Sometimes the best way to communicate a complex digital idea is to use a decidedly analog solution.

We were asked by the Delta marketing team to help them sell in our vision for the future integration of their brand across all digital platforms.

Inspired by Chris Marker’s innovative film La Jetée which used a visual narrative composed entirely of black and white stills to communicate a multifaceted story we created a book that the team could use to easily communicate the idea within Delta corporate.

The book follows three Delta customers as they cross paths and interface with Delta at every conceivable touch-point — browser, mobile, touch-screen and kiosk.
